改良 AAO 工艺处理低浓度碳源废水的优化分析 * 柯浪文 1 , 陈 轩 2 , 周 伟 2 , 周少奇 2 , 3 ▲ ( 1 广州市沥滘污水处理厂 , 广东 广州 510290 ; 2 贵州科学院 , 贵州 贵阳 550001 ; 3 华南理工大学 环境与能源学院 , 广 东 广州 510641 ) 摘 要 : 以广州某污水处理厂的低碳源废水运行为例 , 探讨了位于北回归线以南气候为亚热带季风气候区域的改良 AAO 工 艺在低碳源进水条件下的优化条件 , 在尽量避免另加碳源的情况下 , 通过工艺优化 , 可以确保正常处理效果 。 采用多点进水 改良的 A 2 /O 工艺取得了较好的脱氮除磷效果 , 说明了在传统 A 2 /O 工艺厌氧池前增加预缺氧池 , 而且经过预处理的污水多点 分配进入生化池 , 可以在低碳源条件下 , 优化生物脱氮除磷效果 。 研究结果表明 , 在利用内碳源条件下改良 AAO 工艺的污泥 龄取 19 天 , 内回流率取 130% , 外回流率取 80% , 出水能稳定达标 。 试验结果为采用改良 AAO 工艺的污水处理厂在高原环境 下运行提供了参考数据 , 也可为低碳源情况下污水厂升级改造设计时进行参考 。 关键词 : 低碳源废水 , 改良 AAO , 内碳源 中图分类号 : X 703 文献标识码 : A 文章编号 : 1003- 6563 ( 2020 ) 03- 0083- 04 Optimization of treatment of low carbon source wastewater by improved AAO process * KE Langwen 1 , CHEN Xuan 2 , ZHOU Wei 2 , ZHOU Shaoqi 2 , 3 ▲ ( 1 Guangzhou Lijiao Sewage Treatment Plant , Guangzhou 510290 , China ; 2 Guizhou Academy of Sciences , Guiyang 550001 , China ; 3 School of Environment and Energy , South China University of Technology , Guangzhou 510641 , China ) Abstract : Taking the treatment of low carbon source wastewater in a wastewater treatment plant in Guangzhou as an example , the optimum conditions of the improved AAO process in the sub - tropical monsoon climate area south of the Tropic of Cancer under the condition of low carbon source water inflow were discussed. On the premise of avoi- ding additional carbon source as far as possible , the normal treatment effect could be ensured by optimizing the process. The improved A 2 /O process with multi - point water inflow had achieved good nitrogen and phosphorus re- moval effect , which showed that adding a pre - anoxic tank in front of the traditional A 2 /O anaerobic tank , and multi - point inflow of pretreated wastewater into the biochemical tank could optimize the biological nitrogen and phos- phorus removal effect under low carbon source conditions. The results showed that when the sludge age was 19 days , the internal reflux rate was 130 % , and the external reflux rate was 80 % , the effluent could reach the standard stably. The test results has provided reference for the operation of wastewater treatment plants using improved AAO process in plateau environment , and for the upgrading design of wastewater treatment plants with low carbon source.
