一、简介

Ⅰ. Introduction

本专业创办于2016年,招收国际留学生,除汉语课程外,实施全英文教学。以培养国际化、创新型的高级工程技术人才为目标,以机械工程学科和车辆工程专业为背景,面向制造业发展及汽车与工程机械行业的发展,强化学生工程实践和创新能力培养,培养学生的创新性思维,拓展学生的科学研究能力。力争使本专业在国内同类专业中处于较高水平,并不断提高国际国内知名度。

Founded in 2016, this major enrolls internationalstudents and implements all-English teaching except Chinese courses. Aiming atcultivating internationalized and innovative senior engineers and technicians,facing the development of manufacturing industry and automotive andconstruction machinery industry, we should strengthen the training of students'engineering practice and innovation ability, train students' innovativethinking and expand students' scientific research ability under the backgroundof mechanical engineering discipline and vehicle engineering specialty. We willstrive to make our specialty at a higher level in the same specialty in Chinaand continuously improve its international and domestic popularity.

1. 培养目标

本专业培养具有国际视野和健全的人格,能够运用汉语进行基本的交流沟通并具有一定的中华文化素养,具备机械设计、制造、分析、运用、管理及维护等相关的基本知识与专业素养,具有一定创新精神和较强实践能力的机械工程专业高素质应用型人才。毕业生能在设计部门、制造企业、交通部门、科研院所等相关单位从事机械制造及工程机械的设计、制造、应用、维护、管理及研究等工作。

1.Trainingobjectives

This major trains high-quality practical talents withinternational vision, sane personality, the ability of using Chinese for basiccommunication and having some Chinese cultural accomplishment, the basicknowledge and professional accomplishment of mechanical design, manufacturing,analysis, application, management and maintenance, and innovative spirit andstrong practical ability of machinery. The graduates can engage in the design,manufacture, application, maintenance, management and research of machinerymanufacturing and engineering machinery in design departments, manufacturingenterprises, transportation departments, scientific research institutes andother related units.

2. Graduationrequirements

【毕业要求1】具有科学的世界观和正确的人生观,具有良好的道德品质、科学思想和人文素养,具有良好的心理素质、工程意识、环保意识和合作意识。

【毕业要求2】熟悉中华传统文化,了解中国文学、艺术等方面的基础知识;掌握工程经济、项目管理的基本理论和方法,能够应用中文进行良好交流。

【毕业要求3】具备数学、自然科学、工程基础和专业知识,并能用于解决机械装备设计与制造领域复杂工程问题。

【毕业要求4】能够应用数学、自然科学和机械工程科学的基本原理,并通过文献检索研究,对机械装备设计与制造领域复杂工程问题进行识别、表达、分析,以获得有效结论。 

【毕业要求5】能够针对交通建设装备设计和制造过程中的复杂问题,利用机械机构、设计以及制造和装备等专业知识提出针对复杂工程问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统、单元(部件)或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。

【毕业要求6】能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对机械装备设计与制造过程中的复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、统计分析与解释数据,并通过信息综合获得合理有效的结论。

【毕业要求7】能够利用至少一种建模工具对机械装备等研究对象进行建模,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,通过所学程序设计技能和相关专业仿真分析平台对机械装备设计与制造领域的复杂工程问题进行分析、预测和评鉴,并能够理解其局限性。

【毕业要求8】能够基于机械工程专业相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价机械装备设计与制造领域的工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案对社会进步、人类健康、公共安全、法律法规以及文化传承的影响,并理解应承担的责任。

【毕业要求9】能够就机械装备设计与制造领域复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令等。

【毕业要求10】对自主学习和终身学习具有正确的认识,具备不断学习和适应发展的能力。

 

[GraduationRequirement 1] Have a scientific world outlook and correct outlook on life,good moral quality, scientific thinking and humanistic quality, goodpsychological quality, engineering awareness, environmental awareness andcooperation awareness.

[GraduationRequirement 2] Familiar with Chinese traditional culture, basic knowledge ofChinese literature and art, master basic theories and methods of engineeringeconomy and project management, and be able to communicate well in Chinese.

[GraduationRequirement 3] Have basic knowledge of mathematics, natural science,engineering and professional knowledge, and can be used to solve complexengineering problems in the field of mechanical equipment design andmanufacturing.

[GraduationRequirement 4] The basic principles of mathematics, natural science andmechanical engineering science can be applied to identify, express and analyzecomplex engineering problems in the field of mechanical equipment design andmanufacturing through literature retrieval research, so as to obtain effectiveconclusions.

 

[GraduationRequirement 5] To solve the complex problems in the design and manufactureprocess of transportation construction equipment, we can use the professionalknowledge of mechanical mechanism, design, manufacture and equipment to proposesolutions to complex engineering problems, design the system, unit (component)or process flow that meets specific requirements, and be able to design links.It embodies innovation consciousness and considers social, health, safety,legal, cultural and environmental factors.

[GraduationRequirement 6] Based on scientific principles and using scientific methods tostudy complex engineering problems in the process of mechanical equipmentdesign and manufacturing, including design experiments, statistical analysisand interpretation of data, and obtain reasonable and effective conclusionsthrough information synthesis.

[GraduationRequirement 7] At least one modeling tool can be used to model the mechanicalequipment and other research objects, develop, select and use appropriatetechnology, resources, modern engineering tools and information technologytools, and replicate the field of mechanical equipment design and manufacturingthrough the program design skills and related professional simulation analysisplatform. Miscellaneous engineering problems are analyzed, predicted andevaluated, and their limitations can be understood.

[GraduationRequirement 8] Be able to conduct a reasonable analysis based on the relevantbackground knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Major, evaluate the impact ofengineering practice and complex engineering problem solutions in the field ofmechanical equipment design and manufacturing on social progress, human health,public safety, laws and regulations, and cultural heritage, and understand thatResponsibility.

[GraduationRequirement 9] Be able to effectively communicate and communicate withcolleagues in the industry and the public on complex engineering issues in thefield of mechanical equipment design and manufacturing, including writingreports and design manuscripts, presenting statements, clearly expressing orresponding to instructions, etc.

[GraduationRequirement 10] Have a correct understanding of autonomous learning andlifelong learning, and have the ability to constantly learn and adapt todevelopment.

进行齿轮减速器设计,完成设计计算说明书、装配图、零件图,使学生能综合应用所学知识进行系统方案设计、零件计算、结构工艺分析和正确绘制零件及装配图。

By using all kinds of knowledge and pioneering  innovative thinking, and by means of investigation and analysis, a  comprehensive design of mechanical devices for transportation and  construction equipment is completed. The main design results include parts  model, drawings and design instructions.
