首先看一篇道歉信~

[0]这篇道歉信比较短，不知道日常生活中的道歉信是否也这么短。或许是因为对方本来就可能比较生气了，再发一篇长篇大论可能对方也不想看，对方其实就像知道问题怎么解决，后果谁承担。因此这篇邮件的逻辑基本也是按照这一顺序。

[1]开头道歉。[2]然后可能会讲述问题原因，或者将解决方案先讲完，再解释原因（如果比较长）。

[3]解决办法，越细越好，落实到人头和时间。这里用的shortly，或许发完邮件当天就会着手处理，但如果解决的时间比较长一些，或许应写明大约需要多少时间。

[4]最后再次道歉。

再来看一篇非正式的邮件~

要求：You cannot go for basketball practice. Write an email to your coach, George explaining why. George’s address is @ . You should use between 50 and 60 words.

*逻辑同上，首先道歉，然后解释原因，然后表明态度、补救措施——I promise to make up for it by the next practice session。由于比较简短，也并不非常正式，最后礼节性的结尾就省去了。
