项目的设计概念来自杭州“三面云山一面城”的独特格局。一期购物中心万象城如水韵动，而二期高层建筑如山环抱，与前者成山水相依之势；同时，由于项目位于钱江新城核心区最北端，它的建造也将为新区最终构成“背山面水、藏风聚气”的总体布局。高层建筑体量在错落有致之间展现出精致而壮丽的秩序感，兼享都市繁华与山水意境。';font-family:微软雅黑;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;mso-font-kerning:0.0000pt;">

建筑主体包括一座超高层综合楼和四座超高层写字楼。在整体布局上，精心设置的建筑朝向，赋予了各楼最佳视野，消解视觉上的拥挤感。同时，各塔楼遥相呼应，形成和谐的整体。超高层塔楼由错落有致的体块模拟天然山石层峦叠嶂之态。各体块幕墙又以多种水平线条构成丰富肌理，暗寓地质层的丰富变化，为建筑外观再添细腻质感。建筑外立面采用多类型幕墙体系，外观稳重而犀利。主楼的柏悦酒店大堂及顶层餐厅采用全透明观景界面，将新城繁华尽收眼底。裙房顶部的一系列室外庭院由南向北渐向铺展，最终与东北部的景观公园融为一体。庭院被赋予多种用途，为商业设施增加了不可多得的游憩体验。

The design concept of the project is derived from Hangzhou’s unique array of “one city surrounded by mountains in three directions”. Phase I’s shopping center China Resources MIXC undulates like water, while Phase II’s high-rises encircle like mountains, together forming a tableau that resembles a beautiful landscape of mountains and rivers; meanwhile, seated at the northernmost end of the core region of Hangzhou CBD, the project will add one of the brightest colors to the CBD’s overall pattern “backed by mountains and facing water, obscuring the wind and concentrating energy”. The main body of the project includes a super high-rise complex building and four super high-rise office buildings. In terms of overall layout, building orientations are meticulously designed to endow various buildings with optimal views and dispel the feeling of visual congestion. At the same time, the tower buildings echo one another to form a harmonious whole. The high-rise tower consists of well-arranged blocks simulating the visual effect of range upon range of natural rocks. Various block curtains create a rich variety of textures with many horizontal lines, visually referencing geological layers and adding a refined sense of texture. The façade employs a multifarious certain system that manages to be both subtle and sharp. The lobby and top-layer restaurant of Park Hyatt in the main building incorporate an all-transparent viewing interface, offering guests a panoramic view of bustling CBD. At the top of podiums there are a series of outdoor courtyards spatially arranged from south to north to be visually integrated with the landscape park to the northeast. These courtyards are designed with many functions, bringing a rare leisurely experience to these commercial facilities.
