故事摘要

Once upon a time, there was a king. He has eleven handsome sons and one beautiful daughter. The daughter’s name was Elise.

从前有一个国王，他有十一个英俊的儿子和一个美丽的女儿，女儿的名字叫做艾丽莎。

But their happy life ended soon after their mother died. The king married an evil queen, and she treated the children badly.One week later, the queen sent the little sister Alice to a farmer’s house in the countryside. And then she said many bad words about the princes, which made the father unwilling to talk with the sons.

但是幸福的生活很快就结束了，他们的母亲去世了。国王又娶了一个恶毒的王后，她对待孩子们很不好。一个星期以后，王后把小妹妹艾丽莎送到一个乡下农人家里去寄住。她还在国王面前说了许多关于王子们的坏话，国王再也不愿意理他们了。

The queen changed the princes into wild birds with witchcraft. “Fly to the wild field and make a living by yourselves,” said the evil queen, “Fly away like those giant birds without voice.”The princes turned into 11 beautiful wild geese. They let out strange cries and flew out of the window of the palace. They flew over the park and to the forest.

王后把11个王子用巫术变成了野鸟。“你们飞到野外去吧，你们自己去谋生吧，”恶毒的王后说，“你们像那些没有声音的巨鸟一样飞走吧。”王子们变成了11只美丽的野天鹅。他们发出了一阵奇异的叫声，从宫殿的窗子飞出去了。他们飞过公园，飞向森林里去了。

Eliza was growing up and becoming more and more beautiful.One day,she went to the forest and met an old woman who in fact was a kind fairy."Your brothers have become eleven wild swans.They have flown to the seashore,"she told Eliza.Eliza missed her brothers very much.She decided to go and find them.

艾丽莎渐渐长大，而且变得越来越美丽。有一天，她去到森林里遇见了一位老婆婆，老婆婆其实是一个好心的仙女。她告诉艾丽莎他的哥哥变成野天鹅，已经飞到海边去了。艾丽莎非常想念她的哥哥们，她决定去寻找他们。

In order to find her brothers,Eliza kept on walking and finally reached the shore.The princes told Eliza that the next morning they would fly across the sea to a faraway country.Eliza asked them to take her with them.At night,the princes weaved a net and put Eliza in it.When the sunrose,the princes turned into wild swans again.They held the net in their beaks and flew over the sea.

为了找到她的哥哥们，艾丽莎日夜兼程终于到达了海边。哥哥们告诉艾丽莎，明天他们就要去一个遥远的南方城市过冬了，艾丽莎希望可以跟他们一起去。夜里，王子们用芦苇结了一张结实的大网，让艾丽莎坐在网上。第二天，太阳升起，他们用嘴衔起大网，飞向大海。

Eliza and her brothers settled down in a beautiful forest.One night,Eliza dreamed of the old woman."pick nettles and knit eleven capes for your brothers,and then they can be rescued.But you must not speak before the capes are finished,or your brothers will die,"she told Eliza in the dream.

艾丽莎和她的哥哥在一片美丽的森林中安了家。一天夜里，她梦见了那位仙女婆婆，婆婆告诉她，只要采来森林里的荨麻，织成十一件披肩给王子们穿上，咒语就可以解除，但是，在披肩织好之前，艾丽莎不能讲话，否则王子就会死去。

The next day,when the wild swans had flown away,a group of hunters came into the forest.The most handsome one among them was the king.The king saw Eliza and fell in love with her immediately.

第二天，哥哥们变成野天鹅飞走后，一群打猎的骑士来到森林里，他们之中最英俊的的就是他们的国王。国王喜欢上了美丽沉默的艾丽莎。

Unfortunately,the king's uncle was convinced that Eliza was a witch.The king followed her and saw her step into the forest.He believed his uncle's words and sent Eliza to prison.

不幸的是，国王的叔叔认为艾丽莎是一个巫婆。国王也悄悄跟随她，亲眼看到她走进黑森林，他相信了叔叔的话，并且把艾丽莎关进了监狱。

Arriving at the execution ground,Eliza had just finished her last cape.She threw all the capes to the wild swans.They wore the capes and turned back into eleven handsome princes!Eliza could speak again and she told the king the truth.He asked Eliza to marry him and she agreed.They got married and lived happily ever after.

到达刑场之后，艾丽莎终于完成了最后一件披肩，她急忙把十一件披肩扔向空中，穿上披肩的野天鹅瞬间变成了十一位英俊的王子。艾丽莎终于可以说话了，她将事情的真相告诉了国王。国王和艾丽莎最终结为夫妻，从此过上了幸福快乐的生活。

在这个故事中，艾丽莎让我们看到了她坚韧善良的品格，即使面对恶毒王后，她也从不退缩。这就告诉我们，生活中的磨难并不可怕，只要我们养成坚韧不拔的意志，就能获得圆满的结果。

与受尽磨难的艾丽莎不同，我们的日常困难大多数来自于学习，成长以及生活的烦恼，只要我们在艰辛中磨练我们的意志，在失败中汲取经验教训，总有一天，我们也会像艾丽莎一样千帆过尽，苦尽甘来。
