Wang Shuang is currently a lecturer of College of Precision Instrument and Optoelectronics Engineering at Tianjin University. In recent years, she mainly engages in the research of fiber Fabry-Perot sensor technology and polarized interference theory. As project leader or co-head, she undertakes 11 research projects, which are funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National 973 project, National key scientific instrument and equipment development project etc. During the past five years, she has published 27 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers, including 12 for SCI and 27 for EI. She has been issued 18 Chinese invention patents, and 12 Chinese invention patents were applied.
