您在本申请表中填写的信息将作为您为向汉堡王中国申请商业特许经营（  加盟）所做的自我简介而被汉堡王中国收集。当您填写并提交本申请表时，即表明您同意将申请表内信息传送并披露给汉堡王中国，并同意汉堡王中国将该等信息用于其审核商业特许经营（  加盟）申请人背景情况之目的。汉堡王中国收到您提交的申请表并不意味着汉堡王或汉堡王中国已接受或同意您的申请，汉堡王中国保留进一步要求您提交补充资料的权利，并且有权根据自行判断决定是否邀请您进入汉堡王中国商业特许经营（  加盟）申请流程的下一步骤。

The information you hereby enter into this application form is collected for the purpose of self-introduction of an applicant to Burger King China with the intention of applying for commercial franchising in China. Once you fill out and submit this application form, it means you agree to transmit and disclose the information in the application form to Burger King China, and also agree with Burger King China’s using such information for the purpose of checking the background of the applicant. Burger King China’s receipt of your application cannot be interpreted as acceptance or agreement from Burger King or Burger King China to your application. Burger King China reserves the right to further require you to provide supplementary information or whether to invite you to join the next stage of Burger King China commercial franchising application process at its own discretion.
