2.1 风力机和风力发电机组 2.1.1 风力机 wind turbine 将风的动能转换为另一种形式能的旋转机械。 2.1.2 风力发电机组 wind turbine generator system ; WTGS (abbreviation) 将风的动能转换为电能的系统。 2.1.3 风电场 wind power station ； wind farm 由一批风力发电机组或风力发电机组群组成的电站。 2.1.4 水平轴风力机 horizontal axis wind turbine 风轮轴基本上平行于风向的风力机。 2.1.5 垂直轴风力机 vertical axis wind turbine 风轮轴垂直的风力机。 2.1.6 轮毂（风力机） hub （for wind turbines） 将叶片或叶片组固定到转轴上的装置。 2.1.7 机舱 nacelle 设在水平轴风力机顶部包容电机、传动系统和其它装置的部件。 2.1.8 支撑结构（风力机） support structure （for wind turbines） 由塔架和基础组成的风力机部分。 2.1.9 关机（风力机） shutdown （for wind turbines） 从发电到静止或空转之间的风力机过渡状态。 2.1.10 正常关机 （风力机 ）normal shutdown （for wind turbines） 全过程都是在控制系统控制下进行的关机。 2.1.11 紧急关机（风力机）emergency shutdown （for wind turbines） 保护装置系统触发或人工干预下，使风力机迅速关机。

2.1.12 空转（风力机） idling （for wind turbines） 风力机缓慢旋转但不发电的状态。 2.1.13 锁定（风力机）blocking （for wind turbines） 利用机械销或其它装置，而不是通常的机械制动盘，防止风轮轴或偏航机构运动。 2.1.14 停机 parking 风力机关机后的状态。 2.1.15 静止 standstill 风力发电机组的停止状态。 2.1.16 制动器（风力机） brake（for wind turbines） 能降低风轮转速或能停止风轮旋转的装置。 2.1.17 停机制动（风力机） parking brake（for wind turbines） 能够防止风轮转动的制动。 2.1.18 风轮转速（风力机） rotor speed（for wind turbines） 风力机风轮绕其轴的旋转速度。 2.1.19 控制系统（风力机） control system（for wind turbines） 接受风力机信息和/或环境信息，调节风力机，使其保持在工作要求范围内的系统。 2.1.20 保护系统（风力发电机组） protection system （for WTGS） 确保风力发电机组运行在设计范围内的系统。 注:如果产生矛盾，保护系统应优先于控制系统起作用。 2.1.21 偏航yawing 风轮轴绕垂直轴的旋转（仅适用于水平轴风力机）。

2.2 设计和安全参数 2.2.1 设计工况 design situation 风力机运行中的各种可能的状态，例如发电、停车等。 2.2.2 载荷状况load case 设计状态与引起构件载荷的外部条件的组合。 2.2.3 外部条件（风力机）external conditions（for wind turbines） 影响风力机工作的诸因素，包括风况、其它气候因素（雪，冰等），地震和电网条件。 2.2.4 设计极限design limits 设计中采用的最大值或最小值。 2.2.5 极限状态 limit state 构件的一种受力状态，如果作用其上的力超出这一状态，则构件不再满足设计要求。 2.2.6 使用极限状态 serviceability limit states 正常使用要求的边界条件。 2.2.7 最大极限状态ultimate limit state 与损坏危险和可能造成损坏的错位或变形对应的极限状态。 2.2.8 安全寿命safe life 严重失效前预期使用时间。

2.2.9 严重故障（风力机） catastrophic failure （for wind turbines） 零件或部件严重损坏，导致主要功能丧失，安全受损。 2.2.10 潜伏故障 latent fault ； dormant failure 正常工作中零部件或系统存在的未被发现的故障。

2.3 风特性 2.3.1 风速wind speed 空间特定点的风速为该点周围气体微团的移动速度。 注:风速为风矢量的数值。 参见：风矢量（2.3.2）。 2.3.2 风矢量 wind velocity 标有被研究点周围气体微团运动方向，其值等于该气体微团运动速度（即该点风速）的矢量。 注:空间任意一点的风矢量是气体微团通过该点位置的时间导数。 2.3.3 旋转采样风矢量 rotationally sampled wind velocity 旋转风轮上某固定点经受的风矢量。 注 :旋转采样风矢量湍流谱与正常湍流谱明显不同。风轮旋转时，叶片切入气流，流谱产生空间变化。最终的湍流谱包括转动频率下的流谱变化和由此产生的谐量。 2.3.4 额定风速（风力机） rated wind speed （for wind turbines） 风力机达到额定功率输出时规定的风速。 2.3.5 切入风速 cut--in wind speed 风力机开始发电时，轮毂高度处的最低风速。 2.3.6 切出风速 cut--out wind speed 风力机达到设计功率时，轮毂高度处的最高风速。 2.3.7 年平均annual average 数量和持续时间足够充分的一组测量数据的平均值，供作估计期望值用。 注 :平均时间间隔应为整年，以便将不稳定因素如季节变化等平均在内。 2.3.8 年平均风速 annual average wind speed 按照年平均的定义确定的平均风速。 2.3.9 平均风速 mean wind speed 给定时间内瞬时风速的平均值，给定时间从几秒到数年不等。 2.3.10 极端风速 extreme wind speed t秒内平均最高风速，它很可能是特定周期（重现周期）T年一遇。 注 :参考重现周期T=50年和T=1年，平均时间 t=3秒和t=10秒。极端风速即为俗称的“安全风速”。 2.3.11 安全风速（拒用） survival wind speed （deprecated） 结构所能承受的最大设计风速的俗称。 注:IEC 61400系列标准中不采用这一术语。设计时可参考极端风速。 参见：极端风速 （2.3.10）。 2.3.12参考风速 reference wind speed

用于确定风力机级别的基本极端风速参数。 注 1 与气候有关的其它设计参数均可以从参考风速和其它基本等级参数中得到。 2 对应参考风速级别的风力机设计，它在轮毂高度承受的50年一遇10分钟平均最大风速，应小于或等于参考风速。 2.3.13 风速分布wind speed distribution 用于描述连续时限内风速概率分布的分布函数。 注 : 经常使用的分布函数是瑞利和威布尔分布函数。 2.3.14 瑞利分布RayLeigh distribution 经常用于风速的概率分布函数，分布函数取决于一个调节参数―尺度参数，它控制平均风速的分布。 2.3.15 威布尔分布 Weibull distribution 经常用于风速的概率分布函数，分布函数取决于两个参数，控制分布宽度的形状参数和控制平均风速分布的尺度参数。 注 :瑞利分布与威布尔分布区别在于瑞利分布形状参数2。 2.3.16 风切变 wind shear 风速在垂直于风向平面内的变化。 2.3.17 风廓线 风切变律 wind profile ； wind shear law 风速随离地面高度变化的数学表达式。 注 :常用剖面线是对数剖面线和幂律剖面线。 2.3.18 风切变指数wind shear exponent 通常用于描述风速剖面线形状的幂定律指数。 参见：风廓线 风切变律 （2.3.17）。 2.3.19 对数风切变律 logarithmic wind shear law 表示风速随离地面高度以对数关系变化的数学式。 2.3.20 风切变幂律power law for wind shear 表示风速随离地面高度以幂定律关系变化的数学式。 2.3.21 下风向down wind 主风方向。 2.3.22 上风向upwind 主风方向的相反方向。 2.3.23 阵风gust 超过平均风速的突然和短暂的风速变化。 注 :阵风可用上升―时间，即幅度―持续时间表达。 2.3.24 粗糙长度roughness length 在假定垂直风廓线随离地面高度按对数关系变化情况下，平均风速变为0时算出的高度。 2.3.25 湍流强度 turbulence intensity 标准风速偏差与平均风速的比率。用同一组测量数据和规定的周期进行计算。 2.3.26 湍流尺度参数 turbulence scale parameter GB/T XXXX-XXXX

纵向功率谱密度等于0.05时的波长。 注:纵向功率谱密度是个无量纲的数，由GB XXXX-XXXX《风力发电机组 安全要求》附录B确定。 2.3.27 湍流惯性负区 inertial sub--range 风速湍流谱的频率区间，该区间内涡流经逐步破碎达到均质，能量损失乎略不计。 注:在典型的10m/s风速，惯性负区的频率范围大致在0.02Hz ~2kHz间。

2.4 与电网的联接 2.4.1 互联（风力发电机组） interconnection （for WTGS） 风力发电机组与电网之间的电力联接，从而电能可从风力机输送给电网，反之亦然。 2.4.2 输出功率（风力发电机组）output power （for WTGS） 风力发电机组随时输出的电功率。 2.4.3 额定功率（风力发电机组） rated power （for WTGS） 正常工作条件下，风力发电机组的设计要达到的最大连续输出电功率。 2.4.4 最大功率（风力发电机组）maximum power （of a WTGS ） 正常工作条件下，风力发电机组输出的最高净电功率。 2.4.5 电网联接点（风力发电机组） network connection point （for WTGS） 对单台风力发电机组是输出电缆终端，而对风电场是与电力汇集系统总线的联接点。 2.4.6 电力汇集系统（风力发电机组）power collection system （for WTGS） 汇集风力发电机组电能并输送给电网升压变压器或电负荷的电力联接系统。 2.4.7 风场电气设备 site electrical facilities 风力发电机组电网联接点与电网间所有相关电气装备。

2.5 功率特性测试技术 2.5.1 功率特性 power performance 风力发电机组发电能力的表述。 2.5.2 净电功率输出 net electric power output 风力发电机组输送给电网的电功率值。 2.5.3 功率系数 power coefficient 净电功率输出与风轮扫掠面上从自由流得到的功率之比。 2.5.4 自由流风速 free stream wind speed 通常指轮毂高度处，未被扰动的自然空气流动速度。 2.5.5 扫掠面积 swept area 垂直于风矢量平面上的，风轮旋转时叶尖运动所生成圆的投影面积。 2.5.6 轮毂高度 hub height 从地面到风轮扫掠面中心的高度，对垂直轴风力机是赤道平面高处。 2.5.7 测量功率曲线 measured power curve
