《狂飙》带火的“猪脚饭”、“肠粉”用英文怎么说？

作为广东最为便捷的食物之一，肠粉的配置极为简单，但出品却极其考验厨师的手艺。

A typical Cantonese dish originating from the southern parts of China (including Hong Kong) known as rice noodle roll is a small roll prepared with a wide strip of rice milk that is usually filled with vegetables, beef, pork, or shrimp. The dish can also be made without any fillings, when it's commonly known as chee cheong fun, literally translated to pig intestine noodle, due to the fact that the noodle is rolled tightly, resembling the small intestine of a pig.

如果说肠粉是安欣填饱肚子的快餐，那么猪脚面就是高启强的灵魂陪伴。

猪脚面

据广东地区的朋友以及部分广东网友讲述，当地没有“猪脚面”，即使是《狂飙》拍摄地之一广东江门，也只有猪手面、猪脚饭。

在广东，猪手和猪脚是不同的部位，猪的前蹄叫猪手，以皮和筋骨为主，吃起来有嚼劲和弹性。猪的后蹄叫猪脚，肉多、肥而不腻。

猪手和猪脚都可以统称为猪蹄，

关于 猪蹄的英文表达有以下三种情况：

1. pig's feet

feet在英文中是脚的复数形式，

猪蹄的英文可以表达为：pig's feet，

同样的还有鸡爪：chicken feet。

例句：

I am eating pig's feet while play game.

我一边啃猪蹄一边玩游戏。

2. trotter /ˈtrɒt.ər/

trotter的英文解释是：

the foot of an animal, especially that of a pig, when prepared as food。

指：(煮熟供食用的) 猪蹄，猪爪

例句：

a dish of pigs' trotters

一盘猪蹄

I really enjoy eating trotters! It's my favorite food.

我特别喜欢吃猪蹄，它是我最爱的食物。

3. pettitoes /ˈpɛtɪˌtəʊz/

柯林斯英汉双解大词典对pettitoes的解释是：

N-PLURAL pig's trotters, esp when used as food 。

指：猪脚; 猪手(用作食品)

pettitoes来自法语petite oie，意为“小鹅”。

和trotter不一样的是，pettitoes在词典里

并没有单数形式。

trotter和pettitoes在词典里都被解释为

pig's feet used as food。

也就是说，通常在把猪蹄说成一种食物时，

才会用到这两个词。
