The invention provides an aerial control auxiliary agent, and a preparation method and applications thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide auxiliary agents. The auxiliary agent includes, by weight, 20-80 parts of modified vegetable oil, 1-5 parts of a fluorocarbon surfactant, 5-15 parts of ethoxy modified polytrisiloxane, 1-10 parts of limonene, 5-10 parts of an emulsifier, and 14-65 parts of glycerol. The modified vegetable oil is fatty acid methyl ester and/or fatty acid ethyl ester formed through the esterification of one of soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil and castoroil. Through the cooperation usage of the modified vegetable oil, the fluorocarbon surfactant, the ethoxy modified polytrisiloxane, the limonene and the emulsifier, the auxiliary agent can reduce thevolatilization rate of a liquid medicine, the proportion and droplet size of the liquid medicine can be increased, and the auxiliary agent can have good anti-drift performance; the liquid medicine can have small surface tension, and wettability can be enhanced; and in addition, the auxiliary agent can have good stability by mixing with pesticide diluent, and pesticide effects can be increased.
