Meteorological Wind Directioin 气象学里的风 U V 风向 关系

气象学里的风向是指风从哪里吹来的方向，比如下图箭头就是一个往东北吹的风（去向 TOWARDS），这个风在气象学里叫西南风（考虑哪里来的 FROM）。但也有海洋惯例是把风向搞成去向，在海洋惯例里，下图这个风就叫东北风。 在算式里计算U V，是纯数学，比如下图里这个风的U和V都是正数。
