兰州大学教授、博导,清洁能源材料与器件研究所所长,中科院深圳先进技术研究院客座研究员,中国物理学会半导体物理专业委员会委员,中国化工学会化工新材料委员会委员,甘肃省材料学会理事,甘肃省机械工程学会热处理与表面工程分会理事,甘肃省陇原创新创业人才项目入选者,兰州大学五四青年奖章获得者。并先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、新疆生产建设兵团科技攻关项目、深圳市知识创新计划项目和甘肃省自然科学基金重大项目等10余项。已在Advanced Science, Advanced Energy Materials, Nano Energy, ACS Energy Letters和J. Mater. Chem. A等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇,其中影响因子大于10的论文有15余篇,多篇论文入选高被引。多项工作工作被国际著名科学媒体网站作为亮点评述,并被腾讯和搜狐等门户网站报导。同时兼任Energy&Environmental Materials期刊编委,国际知名期刊审稿人和仲裁人,以及国家自然科学基金委员会通讯评议专家、教育部学位中心评议专家和科技部国家外国专家项目评审专家。曾受邀多次在国内外重要学术会议上做特邀报告。
