域用户权限

无法连接打印机:权限不足无法连接到共享资源。最近遇到的一个问题,公司有台共享打印机 装在一台名为printerserver的计算机上,300多员工都能正常连接并使用,只有一位同事无法连接,当他输入\\printerserver时,提示权限不足,无法连接到共享资源,请与管理员联系。但他注销后用administrator登录时,就能正常连接,并弹出输入用户名和密码的框。 我检查过他之前登录的账户隶属于administrators,print spooler服务正常启动的。

以下是详细的信息 1.发生在客户机器,不是客户帐号,因为该员工在他的计算机上输入\\printerserver时，即弹出报错的信息"You might not have permission to use this network resource. 步骤2 检查客户端上Computer Browser service ========= 1. Click Start, click Run, type Services.msc , and then click OK.  2. In the right pane, locate and double-click Computer Browser.  3. In the Startup type box, click Manual, and then click Apply. 

4. Under Server status, click Start, and then click OK.  5. On the File menu, click Exit. 

步骤3 验证客户端上的一些设定 ========= 1. Log on as an administrator or a user who has administrative credentials.  2. Click Start, click Run, type wscui.cpl , and then click OK.  3. Under the Manage security settings for section in Windows Security Center, click Windows Firewall. 

4. Click the Exceptions tab.  5. Click to select the File and Printer Sharing check box in the list of Programs and Services, and then click OK.  6. Close Windows Security Center. 

7. Click Start, click Run, type compmgmt.msc , and then click OK.  8. Click Computer Management, expand System Tools, expand Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.  9. Double-click the Guest user account in the right panel. 

10. Click to clear the Account is disabled check box, and then click OK.  11. Close Computer Management and restart the computer.

步骤6 ========= 在问题客户端机器上运行ipconfig /all命令，在输出结果中和正常客户端作比较，除了IP地址以外查看所有的网络设置是否相同。   如果在收集Network Information的过程中要很长时间，请让它运行收集完毕。请您放心，这是完全正常的，并不会影响ISA服务器的性能。
