我是头一次、头一天来米兰,就感觉来好几天了。时差也没倒,这一天又走了两万多步。晚餐7:30定在assunta madre,吃鱼虾。西西里的红虾正是季节,用叉子将肉叉出来,一口吞下,不用什么柠檬这样那样的料作,甜甜的,鲜美的。红虾头吸出来就好,那肉汁新鲜得就像是海中的松露。一口下去,人都精神了。

This is my first time in Milan, but it feels like I've been here for several days already. The jet lag hasn't kicked in, and I've already walked over 20,000 steps today. Dinner is set for 7:30 at Assunta Madre, where I'll be having fish and shrimp. The Sicilian red prawns are in season, and they are sweet and delicious. Just pop the meat out with a fork and savor it without any additional toppings. The flavor is so fresh, it's like truffles from the sea. After just one bite, I feel invigorated.
