不是。

公司律师，是在公司律师试点单位工作取得法律职业资格证并已经公司同意聘为公司律师的人员，其法律权利等同于专职律师。是我国律师法规定的公职律师、公司律师、兼职律师、专职律师中的一种职业律师。是一种专门的律师形式，主要处理的是诉讼案件。一般译为corporate lawyer，如《中国的司法改革白皮书》中就采用了此种译法：
