主啊！ 让我做您的工具，去宣扬和平， 在满是憎恨的地方，我要播下爱心的种子； 在满是创痛的地方，我要播下宽恕的种子； 在满是疑虑的地方，我要播下信心的种子； 在满是颓丧的地方，我要播下希望的种子； 在满是黑暗的地方，我要播下光明的种子； 在满是悲哀的地方，我要播下喜乐的种子。 神圣的主啊， 愿我不乞求他人安慰，只求安慰他人； 不乞求他人谅解，只求谅解他人； 不乞求他人抚爱，只求抚爱他人； 因为在施舍中，我们有所收获； 在宽恕他人时，我们也被宽恕； 在丧失生命时，我们将复活而获得永生！

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love. For it is in giving that we receive. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
