  几乎所有人都会遇到办签证或者办理其他手续的时候，需要出具在职证明。特别是办理申根签证和美国签证的时候，在职证明更是一定要被提交的文件之一。

  在职证明是必须要公司的HR或者你的直接上司签字并且敲上公章的，每个公司对此的手续都有些不同。有些公司会严格规定只有HR能出具这个文件，有些公司则是需要自己写好然后让老板签字，再申请去敲公章。

 今天给大家奉上一个简单的在职证明中英文模板，把所需要的信息都涵盖在里面了，只需要稍稍修改一些个人信息就可以直接使用了！

  看过我专栏的你们现在都应该猜到我要说什么了，没错，official document正式文件首先就要用公司抬头的信纸，在职证明也是如此。

  在职证明的英文叫Certificate of Employment，它的目的是证明你在国内是有稳定工作并且公司担保你会到期返回国内工作，另外就是确保你的工资达到能在它们国家支付整个休假费用。

  下面附上这个在职证明的英文模板。

This is certify to Ms. Chen Jian Passport No – 123456789 is employed by ABC Co., Ltd  as an account since January 10th 2017. Her current monthly salary before tax is RMB 10, 000. We hereby confirm that she is going to the United States traveling from April 21st to May 1st in 2019. We further guarantee that Chen Jian will comply with local law and regulation during her stay in the United States and will be back on time. Meanwhile, we are willing to retain her position till she comes back .This certificate is issued to facilitate her application for a traveling VISA.

 第一行都是填写对方国家的领事馆名称，这里我用了美国领事馆作为例子。

 To whom it may concern的词组，大家要记下来，它是“致有关人士”的意思，许多证明信、邀请函或者其他官方文件，在你不知道对方的姓名和性别时，都可以用这个词组或者Dear Sir/Madam （亲爱的先生/女士）。前者比Dear Sir/Madam要更正式一些。如果是普通的邮件开头而不是正式信函的话，我会选择使用Dear Sir/Madam。

  要记住的是to whom it may concern和Dear Sir/Madam不能同时使用。

  This is to certify...是我们中文里的“兹证明”，证明信一般都是以它开头。

  写清月薪的时候一定要写上货币种类，也就是currency。

  comply with是遵守的意思。

  在办理签证的时候记得都需要带上在职证明的原件，并且确保上面敲盖了公章，以及再次核对你的护照号码是正确的。
