      在中国的南部有个城市叫深圳，深圳毗邻香港，在1993年金秋8月，深圳市税务局主办的深圳义达税务代理公司在这里创办，并1994年8月15日经广东省财政厅批准，按照公司法的规范改制为深圳市义达会计师事务所（以下简称“义达事务所”）。

义达事务所按照专业设立了审计部、税务部、会计部、法律咨询、移民咨询、国际税务、全球财富配置咨询部、内部控制制度部、工商代理部、政策研究部、财务部、行政部、档案室等等部门，部门设置齐全，内部控制严密，保障了公司有效率的日常运作。

截至2020年3月份，义达现有员工125余人，其中注册会计师38人，中国注册税务师15人，中国注册评估师9人，高级会计师3人、企业法律顾问2人。

义达事务所同时也是国际组织Kreston的成员，克瑞斯顿国际（Kreston International)是1971年在英国注册创立的、由会计师事务所或商务顾问公司组成的松散型国际会计师网络，Kreston在国际会计组织上的排行为第十二。

In the south of China, there is a city called Shenzhen where is adjacent to Hong Kong. Shenzhen Yida Tax Agent Company sponsored by Shenzhen Revenue Department, was found in August of 1993, and was approved by Guangdong Provincial Finance Department to restructured into Shenzhen YIDA Accounting Firm (here referred to as "YIDA Firm") in accordance with the norm of the Company Law in August 15 of 1994.

Yida Office has set up the Audit Department, the Tax Department, the Accounting Department, the Legal Advisory Department, the Immigration Advisory Department, the International Taxation Department, the Global Wealth Allocation Advisory Department, the Internal Control System Department, the Industrial and Commercial Agency Department, the Policy Research Department, the Finance Department, the Administration Department, the Archives, and other departments in accordance with the disciplines. As of March 2020, Yida has more than 125 employees, including 38 certified public accountants, 15 Chinese certified tax agents, 9 Chinese certified appraisers, 3 senior accountants and 2 corporate legal advisers.

Yida is also a member of the international organization Kreston. Kreston International is a loose international accounting network registered in the UK in 1971 and composed of accounting firms or business consultants. Kreston ranks 12th in the international accounting organization.
