困境时需要提醒自己的四个问题

前一段时间，公司里来了一个北广传媒毕业的研究生，一个非常漂亮的女孩，因为我很少见到热情洋溢的处女座，所以对她格外关注了一下。

　　这样漂亮的女孩，又有一个漂亮的文凭，我几乎可以肯定，她如果真的能够看清自己，那将是所向披靡的，当然我也知道，这样的女孩子，将面临太多的诱惑，因为她的人生不缺乏机会，几乎任何一个有能力给她机会的人都会微笑着向她伸出手。

　　她很主动地与我聊天，聊了很多，因为熟悉了，她开始说她们这一代人生不逢时，因为现在七零年代的人占据了中高层的职位等等。

　　我笑了，告诉她一句话，不要被传媒欺骗，这个世界并不存在生不逢时，也不存在怀才不遇。我从她的表情里看到了不解。那一刻我觉得自己历练了很久，已经很成熟了。

　　直到今天听了一个成功人的演讲，我突然发现，原来自以为成熟的自己，原来是这样的幼稚，在追求梦想的过程当中，自己因为这四个问题屡屡失败，总也跳不出自己这四个明显的陷阱。

　　问题一、你能承受多少委屈；

　　很多人能吃苦，能受累，但就是不能受委屈，我知道我这一生来到这里就是要修炼自己，可能我这样的人最不能承受的就是委屈，所以去年团队正在发展的时候，我选择了冷静，与其说是冷静不如说是逃避，因为不能承受的委屈，结果……一功仍旧要继续，许多东西该你承担就不可能放下。

　　问题二、你能承担多少伤害；

　　不是每个人都能承受伤害，虽然不是每个人都愿意伤害别人，可是无心的伤害却往往是致命的，我们曾经很努力地看淡，但是却没有改变一种思维方式，最近我发现，用目标去解决问题，不但可以化解伤害，更重要的是心态可以更平衡，因为有些事情与我的期待无关的事情可以视而不见了，而我因此获得最大的收益是我将会过上我要的生活。实现我的目标。

　　问题三、你能忍受多大的打击；

　　与一些成功人交流的时候突然发现，他们不是在面对打击，而是几乎感觉不到，他们只有心中的梦想，为了实现自己的梦想，他们看不到任何与此无关的东西，与其说是执着，不如说是疯狂。因为执着是痛苦的，而疯狂是快乐的。

　　问题四、你能抵挡多少诱惑；

　　我们曾经的梦想是寻找“玫瑰园”，但是大多数人在寻找“玫瑰园”的路上被路边一朵野玫瑰诱惑，因此忘记了自己原本是要寻找“玫瑰园”。猪八戒，每每受到诱惑就想去享受生活。

　　没有经历伤害、委屈、打击和诱惑，就无法练就铜头铁譬、火眼金睛。也无法疯狂地追逐自己的梦想并把它变成现实。
