Abstract: Laser-guided seeker is one of the most commonly used guiding device.The laser semi-active guided seeker designed in this article is composed of an optical receiving system and a four quadrant detector.The principle of four quadrant detector was introduced and analyzed.According to the laser transmit power,the operating range and the parameters of four quadrant detector,the minimum size of the entrance pupil was obtained through calculating and analyzing the optical system’s parameters.Then,an optical system for laser semi-active guided seeker was designed with the software ZEMAX.The quality of the light spots was evaluated based on the geometric encircle energy curve and the homogeneity of light spots.The energy curve was fitted with MATLAB.The energy distribution of light spot was evaluated according to the fitted curve.
