(WSVN) - If you are looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe, you’ve come to the right place. That’s what’s cooking as we grab a Bite with Belkys. Ingredients:2 lb. salmon fillets1/2 cup mayonnaise1 clove garlic, smashed1 lemon, cut into 1/4 inch slicesfresh parsley for garnish Method of Preparation: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Mix smashed garlic into mayonnaise until well incorporated. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place skin side down onto a baking sheet. (line with parchment for easy clean up)Spread garlic mayo over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with parmesan and top with lemon slices.Bake for about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish, until it flakes easily with a fork.Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.Enjoy!
