IMBA Career Development Course（2021）

Career Development Course is implemented according to the four stages in student’s career development, including self-awareness, goal defining, exploratory practice, as well as achievement. Through online self-learning modules and live classroom sessions, collaborated with survey and assignments, students will be able to master knowledge and methods related to career planning and development, apply the knowledge base on their own situation, and make more reasonable plan for their future career development. The course is designed and aims to enhance students’ career management skills and professional competitiveness, to become future elites.
