摘要:世界科技和经济以及社会生产力的不断发展,原来的机械产品已经不能满足人们的需要。因此对产品的性能、质量、生产率和成本提出了越来越高的要求。但是数控机床则能适应这种要求,满足现在的生产要求。数控技术的应用不仅给传统制造业带来了革命性的变化,使制造业成为工业化的象征,而且随着数控技术的不断发展和应用领域的扩大,数控机床运用于汽车、飞机和导弹等高技术,而且在关于民生的一些行业也扮演越来越重要的角色。随着世界制造业的转移,中国正逐步成为世界加工中心,美国,韩国,德国等国家已经进入工业化发展的高科技密集时代与微电子时代,钢铁,机械,化工等重工业正逐步向发展中国家转移,我国正处于重工业发展中期,所以数控技术的发展对发展中国家的发展尤为重要。未来几年将是中国发展的黄金时期。抓住机遇,中国又将渡 过一

The numerical control technology application for the traditional manufacturing industry not only has brought the revolutionary change, causes the manufacturing industry to become the industrialization the symbol,what'more along with numerical control technology inceasing development and application domain expansion, numerical control machine tool used in automobile, aircraft and missile contour technology, and some industry also play more and more important role on the people's livelihood. As the world manufacturing transfer, China is gradually becoming the world processing center, the United States, South Korea, Germany ect have entered the industrialization of high-tech intensive era and microelectronics era, iron and steel, machinery, chemical and other heavy industry is gradually shifting to developing economies, our country is in the development of heavy industry, so in the middle of the development of numerical control technology to the development of the developing countries is especially important.
