广州理工实验学校办学情况

第一部份 办学理念篇

广州理工实验学校（原广外增城实验学校）创办于2018年9月，学校按照省一级学校标准建设，是一所涵盖小学、初中、高中十二年一贯制的国际化、精品化、多元化、生态化发展的高端民办寄宿制学校。

第二部份 基本情况篇

广州理工实验学校位于广州市增城区中新镇（广州地铁21号线与14号支线交汇处镇龙地铁站旁），规划用地282亩，第一期占地面积185.55亩，总建筑面积209458平方米，投资五个亿，建设包括教学研科、办公建筑、体育运动、学生宿舍、教工宿舍、后勤服务、非配套公建、地下车库及设备用房、架空建筑，主体建筑18栋，生均建筑面积达46.55平方米。学校现有近5000名学生，128个班。教职员工530余人，其中专职教师330人，高级教师10人，中级教师32人。

第三部份 办学成绩篇

第四部份 校园环境篇

学校依山傍水，远离喧嚣，大户外活动区域、高自然密度的生态设计，开放式教室与多功能廊道的内外组合，为莘莘学子提供了一个世外桃源般的读书圣地。经过四年多的投入与建设，目前学校已形成基本规模，实验室、功能场室、图书馆、电脑室等配备齐全，另外还有彰显学校特色的创客实验室、跆拳道室、舞蹈室、乐器室等，以及划区打造的艺术长廊、观景平台、国韵苑、瀑苑、棋艺空间、外教英语角等，并获评广州市中小学校美术特色场室评选一等奖。

Experimental School of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology   

Founded in September 2018, Experimental School of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology(formerly known as Guangwai Experimental School) is a high-end private boarding school with international, high-quality, diversified and ecological development, covering kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school for 15 years. The school is located in Zhongxin Town, Zengcheng District, Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (next to Zhenlong Subway Station at the intersection of Guangzhou Metro Line 21 and Branch Line 14). The planned land area of the university is 282 mu, with a building area of 220,000 square meters. The school scale is more than 5000 degrees. The school is built according to first-class national standards. Currently, there are nearly 4,000 students and nearly 500 faculty members.

Our school is devoted to building a century-old prestigious school, taking “Adhere to whole person education, be responsible for students' lifelong development, and cultivate modern people who go global” as our mission. The school motto is "being virtuous and practical, learning from home and abroad". The educational mode is “Conduct self first and then be a talent” and educational characteristics is “Light Load and High Quality”. We are to make "Five dimension" brand course and build "Five beauties" education ecology and implement the eight 100% education projects. This lays a foundation for cultivating compound talents with solid foundation, multilingualism, liberal arts and science, profound Chinese culture and international vision.

The school is surrounded by mountains and rivers, far from the hustle and bustle. Here students can take part in outdoor activities in large outdoor areas, enjoy natural and ecological campus and the combination of open-style classrooms and multifunctional corridors, which is like a paradise for students to study. In terms of the school’s distinguishing features, the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities is highlighted, for example, the strengthening of the studying of foreign languages, cultivating students through after-class activities and aesthetic education, and courses of technological creation.
