1 继电保护配置与整定计算

摘要: 依据对电力系统继电保护的基本要求(即选择性、速动性、灵敏性和可靠性) ,并按照继 电保护的配置与整定原则,以一简单电力系统为例,阐述了电力系统继电保护配置与整定计算的完 整过程。首先,对元件参数进行计算,对进行短路电流进行计算。计算的短路类型包括单相接地短 路、两相接地短路、两相短路和三相短路。其次,根据电力系统各个要求,配置和选择相应的电流 互感器、电压互感器。第三部分,则是继电保护的配置与整定计算。发电机保护,以 25MW 的汽轮 发电机为例,按照其容量、类型等,主要配置的保护类型有差动保护、过电流保护、过负荷保护、 接地保护、失磁保护。变压器保护以变压器 SFSL1-31500 为例,配置的保护类型有差动保护、过电 流保护、过负荷保护。线路保护, 110kV 线路配置相间距离保护和零序电流保护, 35kV 线路配置相 间短路保护和接地短路保护,此外,线路均配置三相重合闸。母线保护,以双母线为例,配置完全 电流差动保护。 各种保护的整定计算, 均按照 《电力系统继电保护配置及整定计算》 中的原则方法, 计算出保护的整定值和保护的动作时限。

Abstract : According to the basic demand of relay protaction of electric power system ( contains selectivity 、 quike-activity 、 sensitivity and reliability ) and the principle of its allocation and set,take a simple power system for instance,presents a complete process of relay protection ’ s allocation and set calculation of power system. First,calculate the parameters of members and the short-circuit current .The variety of short-circuit contains single phase grounding 、 double phases grounding 、 double phases short-circuit and three phases short-circuit. Second, allocate and select current or voltage transformers according to the demand of power system. Third, allocate and calculate the relay protection. Generator protection,take 25MW steam turbine for instance,according to its capacity and variety,the allocated protections contain differential protection 、 overcurrent protection 、 overload protection 、 grounding protection 、 loss-of-excitation protection. Transformer protection,take transformer(SFSL1-31500)for instance,its protections contain differential protection 、 overcurrent protection 、 overload protection. Line protection, the 110kv lines allocate interphase distance protection and zero sequence current protection, and 35kv line allocates interphase short-circuit protection and grounding short-circuit protection. Otherwise, line protection also contains three phases reswitching. Generatrix protection, take a double bus for instanse, allocates complete current differential protection. All principle and methods of Every kind of protection and count, are based on the
electric power system relay protection allocate and count .
