【制片人助理岗位职责】

制片人/制片助理 - 市场部 - 上海 普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙) 普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙) Responsibilities:

This role is for an experienced video producer who is able to handle video projects from pre-production, to video shooting and post-production. Working in a fast paced environment, collaborating closely with our senior producer and designers, you will be responsible for the execution of engaging video content.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive and willing to learn new skills.

•Day to day operation of the internal studio;

•Video editing;

•Video shooting and lighting set up;

•Production coordinatio.

本职位面向经验丰富的视频制片人,能够处理从前期制作到视频拍摄和后期制作的视频项目。 适应快节奏的工作环境,并与我们的资深制片人和设计师紧密合作,负责制作精彩的视频内容。

应聘者应该具备高度的组织性、主动性和学习新技能的意愿。

•虚拟演播室的日常运营维;

•视频后期制作;

•视频拍摄和灯光设置;

•制片协调。

Requirements:

Education & Experience

•At least 3 years of production experience;

•Be able to demonstrate portfolio work.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

•Excellent skills on professional level video camera system (Sony, Red and Arri) brands;

•Excellent skills on lighting and audio setup;

•Good eye for shot composition and cinematography;

•Video editing including some basic animation and special effects using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects;

•Strong understanding of compressing and encoding video formats;

•Studio production and EFP (演播室现场制作) system production experience is a bonus;

•TVC production experience is a plus;

•Be able to handle multiple projects.

教育背景和工作经验

•三年以上影视行业从业经验;

•能出示以往工作档案。

技能,知识和能力

•熟练使用专业级摄像机(Sony,Red和Arri)等品牌系统;

•出色的灯光和音频设置技巧;

•良好的镜头构图和摄影技巧;

•使用Adobe Premiere Pro和After Effects进行一些包括基本动画和特殊效果的视频编辑;

•对视频格式的压缩和编码有深入的了解;

•虚拟影棚制作经验和EFP(演播室现场制作)系统的制作经验是加分项;

•有TVC制作经验是加分项;

•能够同时处理多种项目。
