    潘灿平,博士,教授。出生年月:1970年7月,籍贯:湖南省。

1998年获中国农业大学和日本九州大学联合培养博士。

         2003-2004     日本岛根大学 高级访问学者

       2000-以来 3次访问 FAO/IAEA 农药残留分析实验室

2006年以来任中国农业大学教授、 博士生导师。

2002年至今  兼任农业部农产品质检中心(北京)中心副主任、质量负责人

 被聘为首届国家食品安全委员会农药残留委员会委员、全国农药标准化委员会副主任委员、中国进出口食品安全专家委员会委员、 农业部SPS/TBT 评议专家、农业部CCPR 专家和中国CCPR代表团成员、 CCPR 农药残留分析方法电子工作组副主席。主持农业部、商业部及国家食药局等的磺酰脲除草剂多残留等标准专项、农药残留前处理技术、农药登记残留试验课题、农药残留取样标准、农药残留在蔬菜水果上的沉积规律、国外农药残留标准比较、菠菜出口标准、奥运食品质量检测等国家重点项目。主持完成北京市、云南省的北京市蔬菜中农药残留监测、有机磷农药免疫分析等横向、纵向重点项目。在农药残留分析方法的开发建立、农药残留风险评估、农作物中农药合理使用准则的制定、农药残留限量标准(MRL)制定、农产品生产中农药污染与控制、农药污染生物修复等方面进行了较深入的研究。作为主要完成人参与了《农药登记残留田间试验标准操作规程》国家标准的编写及建立了用于农药残留田间试验的作物分组体系构架,并已开展了典型农药在代表性作物中的降解特性与外推法制订农药残留限量标准的相关研究。设施园艺课题成果获得北京市科技进步二等奖(2005),相关主持人及论文成果获得中国果菜专家委员会突出贡献奖(2006),北京市科委优秀论文一等奖(2003,优秀项目奖:大北农集团)。获得专利3项。完成国家和行业标准1项(农药产品的丙酮不溶物含量分析方法)、农业部行业标准5项。近5年发表的论文共计50余篇,其中SCI收录40多篇,10余篇中文核心期刊论文;参与编写出版专著6部,其中作为主编出版专著2部;作为副主参编出版5部。
