招聘是企业人力资源管理的重要内容，人才已成为企业最宝贵的财富，

力资源部门承担着为企业选人的重要职责。招聘不仅是企业获取人才的重要环

节，

而且招聘的效果还影响企业运营的效率，关系到企业的持续发展。本文中国

万达集

团南吕分公司为例，重点分析其招聘管理的现状及问题，并提出了相应的

解决办法。
