SketchUp Make 2017 Install Error on thumbsup.dll

Help!!! I currently use SketchUp Make 2016 and I鈥檓 trying to install the 2017 version. I鈥檓 getting the thumbsup.dll installation error. I鈥檝e read through multiple posts on a few different thread in this forum, and it鈥檚 still not working.

I鈥檓 getting this error: Module C:\Program Files\SketchUp 2017\ThumbsUp.dll failed to register HRESULT-2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

I鈥檝e un-installed and re-installed SketchUp, then restarted my computer multiple times without any success. I鈥檝e run as administrator all of the above, and I鈥檝e tried repair function as administrator as well.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit. I have a GeForce GTX 1070 video card, 16GB of RAM. That is the only video card I have, and I鈥檝e made sure the setting have SketchUp listed under primary video card. I鈥檝e installed the .net framework, the C++ libraries multiple times with restarts in between.

I鈥檓 at a total loss, please help!!
