目前大致确定出现第二个问题的原因即为有两个转场帧距离很近，在覆盖之前的转场帧的过程中出现了卡IO的现象导致补帧异常。在删除掉之前的转场帧输出文件后，补帧一切正常

本次补全新的视频也出现了类似的状况，后通过删除所有转场输出帧恢复
不过由于并未复现问题所以还不知道啥原因。

补帧率参数：从24到60，anime_sharp_0.25，压制选择nvenc_h265_10bit ，转场识别为14，输出转场帧，增加参数rc_lookahead 360 输出格式MP4不保留音频字幕。视频参数我放最后面
有两个问题，第一个是恢复进度后，转场帧输出会从头开始覆盖，把之前的转场帧都给覆盖掉了
（输出转场帧的图片，仅最后有恢复前的转场帧）
第二个问题为补帧进行到第91个区块时（中途无任何中断），在区块出现了灵异现象（具体有多灵异见内测群群文件），且补帧并未中断直到109区块，观察后台CPU占用日志，发现大约在发生灵异事件的时候，CPU占用趋近于0，不过内存占用并未降低（发生在意识到补帧出现异常的两小时前）。
发现补帧异常的原因在于发现风扇转速很慢，切任务管理器发现显卡占用除编码单元外趋近于0，然而显存占用正常。打开GPU-Z发现显卡确实没动，然而SVFI的补帧进度仍在进行，且速度较正常时提升5倍左右。正常速度为3-5帧每秒，此时速度为13-15帧每秒
恢复进度后出现bug的地方与之前一致，且切出出bug的片段单独同参数补帧无异常。
