Principal Responsibilities (What does the job do?)主要职责（该职位的主要工作内容是什么？）Expense: Support T&O cost & HC budget by function/team to in line T&O Strategy and meet business priorities. Close monitor/tracking to ensure both cost and HC within budget. Handing cost related BAU work, such as cost & HC related reports, SCM reports, accruals, GLAO, make sure the quality and accuracy of such basic work. Support T&O budget process as focal point. Management reports: support to prepare various T&O management decks (routine & ad-hoc ones) to different stakeholders. Ensure the management reports are submit timely with good structure/content/format and accurate data. Performance metrics: support to track T&O performance metrics and provide status updates, including but not limit to T&O KPIs, operation efficiency, workload. Job Dimensions (What is the job accountable for?
