How to set purple "Out of Office" Presence in Skype for Business?

I finally figured out what was causing my issue and do not know if this applies to any of you out there with the same issue. here is what it was in my environment…

One of the managers in the company asked that his employees send him calendar invites for when they were going to be out of the office on vacation and other reasons. This manager would then accept the meeting invite so that it would be on his calendar and would know when this staff member was out. Since he accepted “the invite” his calendar had a meeting scheduled for an “OOF” for one of his staff on his calendar and then Skype not knowing the difference sees the OOF and then registers the OOF and then shows the purple dot for the manager even though the manager is not OOF the staff member he accepted an invite was OOF but it was on the managers calendar

I really hoped that made sense. It made sense when I was saying it my head but seeing it typed out I’m not sure… but that is what happened in my situation
