有图有派: 你要在setup.py文件所在的文件夹的地址栏上输入cmd命令，后在CMD内输入如下命令:pip install -e D:\soft\turtle-0.0.2\turtle-0.0.2 (注意D:\soft\turtle-0.0.2地址是你的地址不是我这个地址).
