Lane 1 : Untreated SH-SY5Y (Human neuroblastoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysateLane 2 : SH-SY5Y (Human neuroblastoma epithelial cell) treated with 1uM Okadaic Acid and 200nM Calyculin A for 1 hour whole cell lysateLane 3 : SH-SY5Y (Human neuroblastoma epithelial cell) treated with 1uM Okadaic Acid and 200nM Calyculin A for 1 hour whole cell lysate, and then the membrane treated with Alkaline Phosphatase for 1 hour
