MMjoy2 issue (Arduino Leonardo steering wheel)

So I want to build a pc wheel with Arduino Leonardo, i followed several yt videos and in each they either used mmjoy2 or xloader, i tried with both, but in xloader there is no arduino leonardo chip option and in mmjoy2 it ouputs on cmd "The system cannot find the file specified." (i selected the correct .hex file, chip, com port and uploaded it in bootloader by hitting the reset button once and tried twice just to be sure). The board is just fine, it works in arduino IDE. The only way i managed to make this project it kindda work is with joystick lib (i am saying kindda because it work fine but i didn't get it into any games yet, it just works with the test skeches).

If you have any clue how to fix mmjoy2 and xloader or other way how to make the project it would be more then appreciated.
