这个题用 little dialogue 还是few dialogues是由 there is 决定的，谓语动词用单数，那么谓语应该与其对应用单数。至于两者的意思表达，我认为 不论是 little dialogue 或者是 few dialogues 都既可以是“对白或者对话”的意思，其可数与否对他的意思没有影响。
